Ovenbaked macaroni with feta on top from dinner. Romaine lettuce and tiiiiny grape tomatoes in the upper layer, plus a bottle of vinegar and a quarter of a jelly donut left over from fat tuesday (I don’t observe lent but any reason to party is good for me!).
Recipe for the pasta will be up sometime later today.

This seems really yummy. Do you heat it at work or eat it cold? If eaten cold could you give me feed back…Bf is a little complaining about of the food taste when cold.

We have microwaves at work so I can warm my food and eat it from a real plate, too. I sometimes eat things cold at my desk but usually I warm them. It’s really all about choosing the right food – I’m rather picky about that myself!
Things that are nice when eaten cold for me are salads (couscous stuff like tabbouleh or pasta salads are yummy!) or traditional Japanese bento foods like inarizushi, maki or tamagoyaki. Which I have in my bento today! \o/
