Something simple for a Monday… at least it’s a short week this week, yay for red days!
Rice, bell pepper flower, teriyaki tofu, zucchini slices with carrot cutouts, and a Ritter Sport chocolate for dessert.

Looks yummy. How did you make the teriyaki tofu? Your own marinade or from a bottle?
My own marinade – actually for this application just soy, powdered ginger and sugar. The tofu is fried first, then I toss on the marinade and let it thicken.
When I make proper teriyaki, I use fresh ginger and garlic, of course ^^ but it’s so much faster this way!
The carrot inside the zucchini creates an awesome effect! I had to do a double take becaue i thought it was some kind of boiled egg at first, using those egg yolk shapers!
