I couldn’t imagine risotto for bento till monday. Then I had a warm leftover risotto for lunch – too much to eat again, so I left the leftover (from leftover) in the rice cooker. In the late afternoon I thought …. I could … to good to throw away … I took those last spoons at room temperature and it was quite tasty. Lesson learnt – risotto is good for bento ;-)
