Couscous with raisins for some extra sweetness, broccoli, phyllo rolls with spinach and feta (I bought those recently thinking they’d be perfect for bento), cherry tomatos and a slice of pomegranate.
I have to ask… how do you eat a slice of pomegranate without utensils and without getting juice all over you? ;)
On a side note, this makes me hungry… *scampers off to the kitchen*
I just poke the individual berries out with my fingers and eat them…
