Pretty! I saw a recipe on Jamie At Home (the TV series) for stuffed zucchini flowers (with cheese and breadcrumbs and other things…), and then fried tempura style. It looked so good.
Butbutbut I want to harvest zucchinis! :D Though I do have a stuffed blossom recipe that looks delicious.
The flowers so far seem to have been males though. I spotted one with a fruit knot today though! Woohoo!
