
I grabbed the small box today, since I got roped into using my lunchbreak for a game of Innebandy (swedish land-hockey). So, just something small to eat at my desk.
Stirfry leftover from ramen stirfry dinner; fried tofu (seasoned with Miso) and rice. Tomatos and thai basil leaves as decoration.
I just found your blog and I love it! Your food is so creative and inspiring. I do have a silly question: what would you recommend for someone that would like to try using a bento; what is a good beginner bento?
Thank you for the advice that you left on my blog. I am drawn to the containers, but I will look for a tiffin. I have a hard time motivated to cook and bring healthy lunches. Somehow (as silly as it sounds), I may be more inclined to bring good food in healthy containers. It is silly, I know :)
